At Benchmark Labs, your Lab Manager is your primary point of contact. Our Lab Managers sit at the front of each of our Labs to greet our clients, provide our clients with sampling supplies, advice with regards to sample collection, transporation, and storage. They are also experts in knowing how your samples will be analyzed and can work with you to establish custom analysis profiles, selection of appropriate analysis methodologies, as well as, providing price quotations for your projects. Upon receiving your samples, our Lab Managers are responsible for inspect them for loss or damage, proceed to log-in your samples, assign sample projects to our Analysts, establish Project completion dates and manage sample turn around time (TAT) and publish our final Analysis Reports.

At Benchmark Labs we stand behind our Analysis Reports. We don't have inside sales representatives or other administrators run interference. If you are not satisfied in discussing your result with the Analyst who ran your sample, you are encouraged to speak directly with our Quality Manager who will then review our Quality Assurance Report, Sample Re-run Data, and other relevant information with you.
